Apperance: Often mistaken as a demon, Tam has taken to wearing a heavy cloak or using magic to mask his true nature. In his true form he stands 5' 9" tall, with a wingspan of nearly 15', his scaled skin the color of rust.
His most used form is that of an elderly man clad in robes and clutching a staff.

Origins: A mage in search of immortality stumbled across the formula for making human simulacrums (body doubles) after wich the creator transfers his/her soul from it's current body into the new one.
Unhappy with the low life span of the human simulacrums, he began experimenting with other races looking to extend the simulacrums lifetime. The end result was a hybrid of magical creatures (Red Dragon / Grey Elf), both with a greater life expectancy than humans. But due to the magical nature of the 2 races the body "drafted" a soul for its self before the mage had time to transfer his.
The mage, not wanting to waste the chance to research this strange event, forgot about immortality and raised the creature like it was his own son and gave it the name Tamaracaran Thothalomadais. For 30 years Tam served his creator faithfully and even gained the trust of the people of the village closest to the wizards old tower after fighting off a orc raiding party single handedly (over 1/2 of them ran in fear when he took his normal form).
Apon the death of his master he sealed him self away in his masters tower to learn all that his master knew. He now wanders the planes of exsistance in search of knowlage in all its forms.
